Throwback Thursday at the Padres Game

Thursdays are retro days at the ballgames. The Padres were wearing their 1978 uniforms. We scored some sunflower seeds from a friendly Padres vender (cousin Danny).
GO PADRES!!!

  2. Okay, so I spent more time reading your post today. You guys are real pioneers!

Did you know that I worked for a summer at Cedar Breaks? (1968)

My cousin, Sharron Lunt, was the U.S. Forest Service ranger at Navajo Lake and Duck Creek during the summers. He used to let me follow him around on his rounds.

Nate's Great, Great Grandpa Henry has an interesting connection with Navajo Lake also. Did you see his statue in Cedar City? (Henry's, that is. Nate's statue has yet to be erected, and it will probably be in San Diego anyway.)
